The Role:

Salary: £27,000.00 per year

The Role:

The successful candidate will have at least TWO years’ of experience as an Interior Designer with a minimum of B1 in English. We welcome applicants who wants to succeed and grow together with us!  In this role you will be required to undertake tasks related to project design.  You work as a team worker with an understanding of financial aspects of the project. 

Responsibilities

  • Understand the design project and all aspects of interior designing process

You will develop and motivate your team in maximising business opportunities through cost effective marketing.

 Responsibilities

  • Independently planning and executing digital campaigns across different marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, email, organic and paid social media, content marketing).
  • Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and being responsible for the results.
  • Maintaining and developing digital marketing strategies.
  • Account management (communicating directly with clients).
  • Creating monthly marketing reports and explaining them internally to senior management and externally to clients.
  • Creating, scheduling and posting social media content for all platforms and monitor performance
  • Assisting with the creation of content for blog posts, as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Job Title: Property Letting Agent

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £28000.00 per year

The Role:

The successful candidate will have at least TWO years of experience as a letting agent with a minimum of B1 in English. We welcome applicants who want to succeed and grow with us! In this role you will be required to undertake tasks related to property which landlord wants to rent out to potential tenants. You are required to be a good team member with an understanding of financial aspects of the Letting Agents Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and attend viewings of the property and carry out reference checks.
  • Negotiate between the landlord and the tenants to agree rental deals.
  • Prepare Assured Short-hold Tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Using our internal Property Management System monitor rent receipts and rental payments to the landlords ensuring that rent is paid on time.
  • Letting agents are responsible for ensuring that tenant deposits are protected in a government approved tenancy deposit scheme.
  • Advertise properties on various platforms, including their own website, online portals, local newspapers, and magazines.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or breaches of the tenancy agreement.
  • Deal with Property repair queries from the tenants and Landlords. Arrange contractors to carry out the repair and oversea the process until completion.
  • Act as intermediaries between landlords and tenants addressing any concerns or disputes that may arise during tenancy with the aim to reduce the likelihood of escalated conflicts or legal disputes.

 

Qualities and Skills:

  • Minimum requirements B1 English and TWO years of experience as a letting agent
  • A flexible and positive attitude towards new ways of work and commitment and learning new regulations with regards to property renting in England UK.
